  3. The Bayside Literary festival has now becomne a Literary Series and will commence in February and run programs thought the year, the link is still the same. Cheers Karyn (Manager Libraries)

    Great list! It so helpful, found out about the CYA Conference from your list and entered their comp. Its not that easy to find all of these individually online. Also, love the idea of organising a writers retreat – I read your post on that and it sounds like it was well worth it. Lisa

I can recommend the writing retreat, even if you just do it with some writing buddies and devote a few days away to getting some words down. Key thing is to pick a place that offers a mix of convenience, suitability, atmosphere and limited distraction!
